Ordering
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Paypal). If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped. If inquiring about your order, please email with the order number for the fastest response. 

No Returns
Since our products are all custom made, per order, there are no returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size. No exceptions! Please order carefully. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us for the fastest response. 

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. 

Shipping & Delivery
Typically, shoes can take up to 5 business days to make. Socks, hats, and tees generally ship in up to 3 business days. We ship all orders via USPS. 'Merica. 

Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. You will have your order information and tracking number in your account page. 

International Shipping 
We ship Worldwide, however we are NOT responsible for customs fees. We will fill out the customs forms appropriately, but if you are charged customs fees that is out of our hands.
